This Privacy Policy describes the ways BlueBricks Pty Ltd (“BlueBricks”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you through BlueBricks’s websites and services (the “Services”). Information Collected


BlueBricks collects information from individuals who visit BlueBricks’s web site(s) (“Visitors”) and individuals who register to use the Services (“Customers”).


When requesting information about the Services or registering to use the Services, BlueBricks requires you to provide BlueBricks with personal contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address. All information you provide to BlueBricks that can be directly or indirectly identified used to identify you is referred to as “Personal Data”.

BlueBricks tracks your use of the Services over time. BlueBricks does not share, sell, rent, or trade Personal Data with third parties for their promotional purposes.


BlueBricks may share Personal Data with: (a) BlueBricks’s subsidiaries and affiliated companies; (b) subcontractors and other third party service providers; (c) auditors or advisers of our business processes; and (d) potential purchasers or investors in the company.

BlueBricks may share Personal Data with any company that acquires its company or assets. That company will possess the Personal Data collected by BlueBricks and will assume the rights and obligations regarding Personal Data as described in this Privacy Policy.


BlueBricks may share Personal Data if you provide prior consent to do so.

To facilitate BlueBricks’s global operations, BlueBricks may transfer and access Personal Data from around the world, including the United States. This Privacy Statement shall apply even if BlueBricks transfers Personal Data to other countries.

Customers may update or change their registration information by logging in to their accounts at https://www.blue-bricks.com. Requests to access, change, or delete your information will be handled within 30 days.


Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with BlueBricks or the Services.


Your California Privacy Rights


Subject to certain limitations, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides California consumers the right to request to know more details about the categories or specific pieces of personal information BlueBricks collects (including how BlueBricks uses and discloses this information), to delete their personal information, to opt out of any “sales” that may be occurring, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. If you are a resident of California (or another jurisdiction that provides comparable rights) and would like to make a request, please contact BlueBricks at the address listed, below. BlueBricks does not sell the personal information it collects to third parties for money or any other consideration, as that term is generally understood.


Security


BlueBricks is hosted on leading CANVA.com and uses industry-standard security protocols to protect Personal Data. Personal Data is stored on private servers in a protected security group. All connections between the end user and our servers are encrypted with SSL, and server software is kept continuously up to date with the latest security patches.


Privacy Shield Statement


We are EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield certified for non-HR data. Nonetheless, in accordance with the decision by the Court of Justice of the European Union (C-311/18, also known as "Schrems II"), on July 16, 2020, we ceased relying on our EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield certifications as a legal basis for international data transfers from the EEA or Switzerland to the U.S. We will continue to adhere to the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield principles for all personal information transferred to the US in reliance on such certifications prior to July 16, 2020.


Consistent with its continued compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the, collection, use and retention of Personal Data transferred from the European Union, United Kingdom and/or Switzerland to the United States, respectively. BlueBricks has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. BlueBricks‘s accountability for Personal Data that it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the Privacy Shield Principles. In particular, BlueBricks remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the Personal Data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless BlueBricks proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

Amendment of this Privacy Policy


BlueBricks may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new version on BlueBricks’s website. BlueBricks will also notify Customers and users of any changes through Services account(s), email or by other means. The new version will become effective on the date it is posted, which will be listed at the top of the page as the new Effective Date. If a user disagrees with any changes to this Privacy Policy then their only remedy is to cease using the Services.


Minimum Age


The Services are not directed to, nor intended to be used by, individuals under the age of 13. BlueBricks does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately as described below. If we become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
